I grew up in a house where sweet potato was king. My mother absolutely loves sweet potatoes; in fact I can recall my father telling her, “I am going to plant you a sweet potatoes garden in the backyard,” quite often!
Well, he never planted that garden but it as well did not deter her love for sweet potatoes, which consequently spilled over to me! Well of course over the years my love grew and, I assume you guessed, my little one caught the love bug for them as well.
